		Feel free to contact us with any question you may have. 1. What are your hours of operation? Our regular policy is to complete our work during normal business hours Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. For emergency service we offer our services 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Additional fees apply for service request after normal business hours. 2. Do you have a minimum service charge? No. 3. Do you charge for estimates? Estimates are free of charge. 4. How much do you charge for your services? Hourly Project Rate - Includes hourly rate for each man on the job. Billed in half hour increments Project Rate - Includes a fixed price on the project. This price will change if additional work in requested or needed to finish the project including all changed from the original scope of the project. Materials are billed separately and must be paid in advance. Half of the project total cost must be paid upon signing the service agreement and the remaining half paid upon completion of the project. 5. Do you warranty your work? Yes, we warranty our work for 1-year. For additional information please review our warranty information page and the service contract. 6. Are you Licensed and Insured? Yes, we are licensed in Harris County, and insured up to $600,000 dollars. Additional Insurance will be provided upon request. 7. Do you give free estimates? Yes, but the only time we charge is when someone is in need of an estimate for closing on newly purchased home. 8. What is your coverage area? We cover all of Harris County, Fort Bend County, and parts of Waller County, Montgomery County, Liberty County, Galveston County, Brazoria County. 9. Do I have to supply all the materials? In most cases we will supply all the materials needed for your job. You may supply these materials if you wish. 10. Do you use subcontractors? Yes, only reliable handymans, contractors and subcontractors may be used for your project. You will be notified upfront if a subcontractor is being used for your project. 11. Can I do part of the work myself? Yes, in some instances you will be able to save money by participating in the project. This will be discussed and examined upon your request. 12. What kind of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks, and paypal only. 13. Do you offer Financing Options? Yes, we have financing partners ready to contact you to give you important information on ways that you can save money, increase the value of your home and have the home of your dreams fully operational. Just provide a request for financing and we will have our financial representative contact you. You may also include the Financing Information option on our contact form. 14. Hablamos Espanol?
